1 week, 6 Calls - Victor’s secret
He’s gonna be so mad at me for this
Had a special email planned for y’all…
But thought this was too good not to cover.
(Btw, if you want that special email then make sure to reply to this email - otherwise it’ll get buried in your promotions and you’ll miss out on client signing juiciness)
Anyway if you’ve been around the community for a while, you’ll probably know of an OG who goes by Victor (the monkey).
I’ve knew him way before we even created the community, through a shitty course funnily enough.
Often I’d get his messages in my inbox:
“Yo presley, can you see if I’ve wrote this well?”
“What’s the difference between SEO and email copywriting?”
“Is copywriting even profitable?”
With no offence to the guy, that's what they would look like. The most simple and somewhat obvious questions.
Honestly tho?
A lot of you guys are probably asking the same type of questions, stuck in the position Victor was.
And that’s fine, I was too way back when.
But there’s one single thing that turned Victor from clueless copywriter to a G who booked 6 calls in one week…
In fact, the same thing that caused my snowball effect which ended up crashing into a life-changing client…
And from there to 2 days ago where I arranged 2 calls with new high-potential clients in the same hour. One of which I just half closed with an associate of mine 15 minutes ago.
(btw, huge bracket rant coming up - this bullshit of “YoU haVe tO gEt PaiD oN cAll!!!” isn’t true. Yes, it’s preffered, especially for those grubby low tier clients who think $500 is a lot… But if it’s going to ruin the deal? Don’t rush. This typically happens for larger clients tho.)
Anyway…
Funny thing is, you already know what the secret is…
You either just need a kick up the arse for being lazy, or a kick up the arse for being scared of committing.
It is, of course, consistency.
A simple term, overlooked by so many…
Yet, the most powerful thing in existence.
Because of Victor’s consistency, he’s currently in that phase of “I’m fkn rich!” - trust me it’s a real emotion, even if it’s just $75 (which was my first ever payment for copy).
Consistency is just so good when it pays off.
Soul-crushing 12-hour days, late nights with burning eyes, emotion stripped from your very being…
All worth it when you decide to go to KFC on a saturday night with nothing but a smile on your face, more money about to hit your bank, and the feeling of “Damn, I made it.”
Fuck clubs…
Fuck friends…
Fuck being a loser…
Instead?
Be like Victor. Be like me. Be like you should be.
Only idiots don’t see the value in consistency.
Stick it out or spit your dummy out, your choice.
Get the fuck after it, we up.
