This fell out of your pocket...
Idk if you noticed
I couldn’t catch up to you in time so here it is:
It is yours, right?
Because if I know one thing for certain…
It’s that you aren’t doing enough.
Tell me:
When was the last time you actively put yourself through a challenge in pursuit of success?
And no, sitting at your desk for 8 hours doing constant outreach, reading, analysis, or whatever, doesn’t count.
I’m talking about REAL challenge.
If I’ve learned one thing as an “entrepreneur” (AKA unemployed money printer + gym rat)...
It’s that challenge is what sets you apart from your competition.
You see…
Back when I first started writing copy, I was shit.
And for some reason, I thought my shitness was good enough to sign clients.
(I burned so many leads lmao)
In reality, I was just wasting time.
Split between 2 endevours…
The time pulled away from practice meant I wasn’t honing in on the vast amount of skills you need to be a successful copywriter in 2025.
But one day…
Something just flipped…
Like a light had turned on in my brain…
And it was telling me…
To become…
The best copywriter the world has ever seen.
Realistic goal?
No - Gary Halbert and the likes of him exist.
But something to strive for?
Certainly.
I realized that tons of outreach paired with mediocre skill wasn’t going to get me anywhere…
So I just went full swing on all out practice.
Now, this is the important part…
I didn’t just practice in a mind-numbingly easy fashion like 95% of copywriters think they should…
reading, writing, watching, and listening every day.
No no no…
I went crazy.
I was writing 5-10 emails a day trying to find gaps in the best copywriters out there so I could fill them and be better…
Analyzing countless printed-out sales pages until it was 3am and my eyes were burning…
And listening to David Garfinkle yap in my ear at the gym, when I was driving, EVERYWHERE!
All while I had a 9-5.
But let’s just focus on that first point…
Because that’s what set me apart from the majority of my competition.
I was actively reading and improving what the gurus and copywriting veterans out there write for their clients.
Trying to out-perform them at every turn.
And let me tell you…
You’ll come to learn that challenging yourself to do better than others is the No.1 way to close the skill gap between you (a starving artist) and those at the top of the copy ladder (the fat cats).
But listen - you don't have to go through all that struggle of finding the best copywriters and their clients, subbing to their lists, reading their emails, etc etc.
All you have to do is take part in our weekly copywriting competition.
You’ll be up against a wide range of opponents in hopes of claiming the “CC Champion” title.
A few of our competitors have drastically improved their skills just by competing…
Like Robert, the winner of the first competition, who went to the deepest depths of his mind to pull out a banger of a storytelling email that labeled him a true champion.
It was this challenge that pushed Robert to perform at his very best…
And if you do that over and over again, it becomes ingrained in your very being.
You become…
The best.
Don’t be a bitch - Be like Robert.
Get winning.
Peace,
Presley
P.S. When you submit your copy I’ll be personally reviewing it along with Nick and Pol.
